You are welcome to check in from 3pm any other check-in time would have to be mutually agreed upon in advance as the apartment may be occupied at that time. Please adhere to these times unless otherwise arranged. 2.Parking: Each Apartment has 2 designated parking lots. Marked accordingly as apartment number. 3. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas, if available. 3. Pets: Unfortunately , pets are not allowed cause some of our guest do have allergies 4. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM - 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. 5. Maximum Occupancy:8. Do not exceed this limit at any time. 6. Parties and Events: Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed in the apartment. Please respect the peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. 7. Respect for Property: Please treat the apartment and its contents with care and respect. Any damage or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest. 8. Please feel free to use Backyard space and BBQ Area. Please respect your neighbors. BBQ Area is shared with second unit. Each unit has it's own Table and BBQ Charcoal Grill. 9.Please do not move any indoor furniture or appliances outside. All items must remain in their designated places. 10.Avoid using tape, adhesives, or sticky decorations on the walls or ceiling to prevent damage. Report any damages or issues immediately to avoid additional charges. NO fishing or boats in swimming area. @Weak or non-swimmers do not exceed waist deep water. @KEEP OFF rocks, break waters, pipes and jetties they are dangerous. @RED FLAGS = NO SWIMMING @YELLOW FLAGS = RESTRICTED SWIMMING @No alcohol or glass containers. Littering is illegal, please use trash cans. @No umbrellas along waterline, umbrellas may not obstruct the view of lifeguards. @Please maintain clearance around and in front of lifeguard stands. @Proper swimwear required on park beaches. @No riding on, diving or jumping from shoulders. Small children may ride on the shoulders of an adult if approved by lifeguard staff and does not present a safety hazard. @Groups (20 or more), please check in with lifeguards before entering water. @No littering, open fires, alcoholic beverages, glass containers, domestic animals, illegal drugs, loud music, use of whistles by patrons, illegal weapons or vehicles allowed on beaches. @No boating or fishing allowed in swimming areas, please do not launch watercraft within designated swim areas or operate within 50 feet from designated swim areas. This includes motorized watercraft, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards and surf boards. @Park beaches and swim areas will close during electrical storms. NO SWIMMING @No inappropriate behavior, unsafe actions, or use of profanity. @Please do not throw rocks or sand in the direction of other patrons or wildlife. @Do not harm, handle or harass wildlife. @Lifeguard stands are for City of Norfolk Personnel only, please do not climb on, sit in or place personal items on or near lifeguard stands at any time. @NO DOGS allowed on Norfolk Beaches 10:00am - 6:00pm daily. BEACH SAFETY WARNINGS @To prevent spinal injuries - NO diving or head first entries allowed. @Small children must be closely supervised at all times by an adult. @Submerged hazards may be in swimming areas. @Be aware of hazardous marine life that inhabit open water. @Extended breath holding exercises are dangerous and not permitted. @Do not swim during electrical storms or any severe weather conditions. @Be aware of rip currents, tidal changes and drop offs.
