Violations may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund: *No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the building and within 50 feet of the property, including outdoor areas. Reports of smoke or odor will lead to cancellation, damage charges, and a formal complaint through the booking platform. *No Parties or Events: Gatherings are not permitted. All Mrs Rent homes have exterior cameras and decibel readers (noise monitors) to ensure quiet enjoyment for all. Excessive noise, music, or parties will result in your stay being terminated without a refund. *Plumbing Guidelines To prevent damage and costly repairs, please do not flush or dispose of the following items in toilets, sinks, or garbage disposals. If plumbing issues arise due to misuse, guests will be held responsible for the cost of repairs: *Cooking grease, food, or coffee grounds Feminine hygiene products Baby wipes, cleaning wipes, or pads Cotton swabs, dental floss, diapers Paper towels, tissues, or medications *Pets We Love Pets. All our properties have Pet Waste Station and Some Toys for dogs. Pet fee of $100 per pet per stay applies. *Baby Gear We’re happy to provide a Pack and Play and/or high chair upon request.
